Two Cool & Simple ways to stay Retro

“What a time to be alive!” I think to myself almost every single day.

Technology has been making it’s ways into our lives more and more each day and as that is happening, so are the advances in equipment.

Today I’m going to write about two really cool gadgets I use all of the time.

So let’s get started…

The first one I want to mention is called an HDMI to RCA Converter!

Basically, anything with an HDMI (like for example: Chromecast, Fire Stick, or Roku) can be connected to this converter and then the RCA can be plugged into an older TV.

You may be thinking”, “…but I don’t have an old TV”. And maybe that’s true but I certainly do lol. I own a Disney Princess TV from 2004 that I ADORE! It’s absolutely adorable and thanks to this converter, I can watch anything I want!

And I mean ANYTHING! Because I have a Chromecast connected to it, I can cast any app or video I want via my cellphone.

The Pros are many but the cons are few. Some of the cons are:

• You’ll need to have the Chromecast connected to your internet in order for it to work.
• You’ll need three power outlets available for this to work (I use an extension cord with three outlets).
• And you’ll need an older TV (What sucks is that older TVs like my Disney TV are now being sold for $99-$500 dollars UNFORTUNATELY. Ugh)
